THE JOB IS NOT FOR EVERYONE

We won't sugarcoat this. You'll see things you can't unsee. You'll work nights, weekends, and holidays. You'll wear PPE in 110-degree heat and crawl through spaces other people evacuated. The pay is good and the work matters — but if you're squeamish, this isn't it.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• ▸Field Technicians — physical work, full PPE, on-call rotations. Training provided, no prior remediation experience required.
• ▸Crew Leads — 2+ years biohazard or restoration experience, OSHA certified, can run a job site and a crew without supervision.
• ▸Dispatch / Coordinators — calm under pressure, can talk to a panicked client at 3 a.m. and run logistics at the same time.
• ▸Estimators — restoration or insurance background preferred, must be comfortable walking into the worst rooms of someone's house.

WHAT WE OFFER

Hourly + on-call premiums + completion bonuses. Health, dental, vision after 90 days. Paid certifications (HAZWOPER, BBP, IICRC). 401(k) with match after a year. Real protective equipment, real training, real culture — we look out for each other because nobody else in this industry will.
